It really depends on your budget.
The two activities I'd experiment with first are:
1) "off-the-shelf" opportunities like Uber Ads, Spotify Ads, billboards.
2) anything that mostly requires humans, and nothing else (e.g. city tours)
Amazing marketing ideas, so far from what I am used to seeing.

I think the simple coffee cart suggestion is the best value.
You just can't beat the brand recognition of a person who just received his first hot cup of coffee of the day - From your branded cart in your branded cap.
