I used to HATE reading. Now I read 50+ marketing books per year.

For years, I really wanted to be the type of person who reads marketing books.

You know those people.

The ones who drop book titles in meetings and it’s obvious they didn’t just read the summary. They actually sat down and read the damn thing. They sound smart because they are.

That’s who I wanted to be.

I’d buy books. They’d sit on my desk. I’d feel guilty about not reading them. Then I’d buy more books because surely this one would be different.

Ooof.

School taught us to hate books ❤️‍🩹

We were trained to be bad readers.

As kids, we learned:

  • 📖 Read every page in order, start to finish

  • ⛔ Never skip chapters (even the boring ones)

  • ✏️ Don’t fold pages, don’t write in books, don’t “ruin” them

Turns out I wasn’t bad at reading. I was just following terrible advice about how to do it. Once I threw out the school rules and started reading like an adult → books became addictive. Like a superpower.

Naval Ravikant said it best:

“The genuine love for reading itself, when cultivated, is a superpower.”

Totally agree.

Let me show you how I got there.

What I learned after 10 years of experimenting 🧪

I went from someone who hated reading to reading 50+ marketing books a year. It took me a decade of trial and error to figure out what actually works.

I’m going to show you the exact practical tactics I now use to read 10x more books every year (NOT theoretical). And really enjoy them.

This hack changed my career more than anything else I’ve done.
