What stands out to me is how little of this depends on money and how much depends on psychology. The clip wasn’t a leak at all. It was a smart stunt dressed up as one, and people shared it because it felt like they were seeing something they shouldn’t. Same pattern with the typos and the challenges. You tap the instinct to feel in on the joke or first to spot something, and suddenly the distribution takes care of itself.
