The only weekly newsletter I'm actually looking forward to because it's always so great and inspiring. Thank you so much dear Tom and have a wonderful weekend!
Man, this is so true. I remember graduating from my UI/UX bootcamp and taking other courses while I taught myself during my career change. Those certificates on my LinkedIn made me feel that I achieved and stood out more, and I looked for more courses that gave them versus others that didn't.
This is such a clever marketing technique. So all this time, those companies handing out certificates on social media for small things were just using a marketing gimmick. Got it.
Love this. Sometimes you come across thoughts that feel like they came from your own head, but never articulated and for some reason or another didn't have the courage to put it out there.

Great read, Tom! I found it very interesting and noticed it resembled your previous article on creating minigames for engagement.
I like you Tom 💜
I actually think I might use this for satire. Thanks!

This is such a clever use of psychology. Ego, status, and belonging all rolled into one smart marketing play. Simple, generous, and wildly effective.
Found this through growth in reverse. I’m fired up
