Yeah this is a legit framework. Cheap on the comp for the architect though :) most companies try to do this with advisors but not with the level of intentionality and process you suggest

I really agree with what you wrote, I've never had such a varied life as I do now, as a freelance marketer.

I have free rein in the things I do and I bring projects that also have a social dimension.

Startups need to stop treating marketing like magic and start treating it like product: design it, test it, iterate. The Architect + Builder model mirrors what top product teams do too separating high-leverage thinking from day-to-day ops.
