I've seen someone recreate Notion's tool but adding AI to create the profile image based on a photo. Another way of exploiting trends and gaps!

Do you think this is valuable for newsletters on Substack?

Like, what if my audience add an emoji related to my newsletter to their user name?

Would it increase the exposure of my brand when they interact let's say, on Substack Notes?

I still love this mini-tools idea so much, and still brainstorming ways to use it to build a novelists platform. Maybe something like this but with book covers or turning people into characters.

Nice take on this! A really hot topic at the moment, I can remind some sort of trend like PP on NFTs sunrise..

Now that we have AI and easier to improve and faster templating technologies to build those, I think it could be a great service to offer to Startups and level up their game!

This is so insightful, Tom! I can personally attest to this being a powerful means of connecting with people.

During the start of the pandemic I began a personal art therapy project giving away free portraits on Linkedin. I assumed it would be just a few anxious folks and it would help me keep my mind off of things. Surprised to me it exploded and viral.

Eventually large brands such as Virgin Media (many many more) hired me to support the simple cause. There are still some people still using the same portraits I designed for them (Canada Media Fund and many others).

Here's a link to my blog with the whole story.

Thanks again for sharing!
